At OPEN FINANCE, we process your information in order to enter into, maintain and monitor the performance of contracts for products or services that you have concluded with OPEN FINANCE.

How long will we retain your data?
We will process your personal data for the duration of our relationship with you. Once the relationship is terminated, the data will be retained for the limitation period of any criminal, civil, commercial or administrative liability that may have been established.
What third parties do we share your information with?
OPEN FINANCE shares your personal data with:

Companies of the group to which it belongs, provided that such sharing is necessary for the provision of the contracted service, in particular we share your data with BANCO INVERSIS S.A.

Service providers that process your data on behalf of OPENFINANCE as a result of the provision of the contracted service.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
You may exercise the following rights:

Right of access: you can access your personal data included in OPEN FINANCEās databases or files.
